Sweetened Shred Coconut is made from the finest desiccated coconut, sugar, propylene glycol, water, and salt. It has a sweet, mild coconut taste that can't be beat! Sweetened coconut can be made with coconut containing, and not containing sodium metabisulphite (S02).
